Our Signature Series Bourbon is a study in scale, extraction, and intention. Built from our original recipe and matured exclusively in 10-gallon barrels, this expression leans into the chemistry of small-format aging. With a significantly higher surface-area-to-liquid ratio than standard 53-gallon barrels, the whiskey sees accelerated interaction with the oak—driving deeper extraction of caramelized sugars, vanillas, and toasted wood compounds in a shorter window.

But this isn’t just about speed—it’s about precision. The smaller barrel allows for tighter control over maturation, yielding a bourbon that develops a dense, well-integrated profile without over-oaking. The result is a pour that opens with rich caramel and warm baking notes, carries a soft, almost velvety mouthfeel, and finishes clean with a balanced oak structure.
